Saluting Greatness: Joachim Löw, the Longest International Serving Coach
The 61 year old coached Germany National Team from 12 July 2006 to 31 July 2021 (15 years in service). Among other accolades with Germany, the best has to be winning the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil, humiliating the host nation 7-1 in the semi-final.
Under his guidance, Germany also won the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup, finished 3rd in FIFA 2010 World Cup and finished as runner-up in 2008 UEFA European Championship.
